**Brigade is Taco Universe’s free to earn game.**

The game is free to everyone with a WAX wallet via the [Brigade Website](https://app.tacocrypto.io/brigade) and [Taco Universe App](https://onelink.to/tacouniverse).

In Brigade, players can earn SHING and win NFTs by executing work at a Venue (player owned, upgradable NFTs).

Each work executed gives a variable SHING reward depending on several factors listed in [Gameplay](/gaming/brigade/gameplay.md). Venue owners earn a percentage fee of work done by players at their Venue.

Players can increase the efficiency of their work and improve both their SHING rewards and the chances of winning NFTs by purchasing [Equipment NFTs](/gaming/brigade/equipment-list.md).

Brigade equipment can also be improved by crafting.

Player can also use Automators, which are robot NFTs which execute work on behalf of their owner.
